Mrs. Burney in the Times Union said she didn’t know her sister was considered a close relative when she voted on contracts that would benefit her.
This seems impossible since her brother was recently convicted of fraud in New York for steering public money to her friends and family members, including Mrs. Burney and the sister she was also steering public money too. Both sisters benefitted from the fraud perpetrated by Larry Seabrook.
If she really didn’t know like she claims, especially in light of her brother’s recent problems then she is ________ you fill in the blank.
