How many no bid contracts have benefited the Duval County School Board’s friends and family members?

I can think of two, last years Ready for Tomorrow contract, which benefited Betty Burney’s good friend Connie Hall, and sister Pricilla Jenkins. Then there was the Nancy Bronner contract, Mrs. Bronner is a former board member and works with Mrs. Burney for the CRSS.

These are just the two I know about. Who wants to bet there are a lot more?

The actions of the board should be above board and in the light not just follow the letter of the law and sadly we have a board that likes to work in the shade.
